Hi - For several CME Currency contracts - 6E, 6S etc I am getting "symbol unknown" when I first open Sierra and then not getting live data. I am using the SC Data Service and have the; CME, Globex only (For users without a trading account) Market Depth Included: Yes Symbols: GBLX Do I need to change packages to get the CME currencies live data or is something else going on? Thanks |

In case this is relevant yesterday I changed the Global Symbol settings timezone to Central (Chicago) from Eastern (NY). This was under Global Settings--> Global Symbol Settings. I did this for all the currency contracts as well as the NQ and ES. The NQ and ES are working just fine I am getting realtime data with those contracts which I also changed the timezone for. Thanks |

You need to pay the higher priced CME exchange fee.
