To get Real-Time data for the ES, while having the Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts exchange option enabled, you need to connect at least once a month to a supported Trading Service:

The first step is that you must update to the current version of Sierra Chart. Follow the instructions here:

And then you need to connect to your Interactive Brokers account.

And make sure you are using the correct symbol. In the case of Interactive Brokers you can find the futures symbols in File >> Find Symbol.
