Having issues with the SC data feed

Good morning, Things were working fine last week, but this morning there is no realtime futures data feed. All I'm getting is 15min delayed data that I have to manually refresh. Data feed service is through SC with the full CME package. There is sufficient funding balance, and nothing seems out of line in the account. Not sure if that's a technical glitch, or some settings have changed, perhaps? TIA! |

Here is the message from the error log: Requesting market depth updates for: ESM17 if supported. | 2017-04-03 13:05:32 SC Data - All Services | Market Depth data has been rejected for symbol: ESM17. Exchange not authorized. | 2017-04-03 13:05:32 Why would that be if the CME data service is activated, and obviously the June 17 ES contract is still trading. |
