Replay not working

Hi - I am attempting to replay intraday charts but it doesn't seem to be working. I have read through the instructions already. The replay control panel appears and I set the speed etc and then hit "play" and then nothing happens. I never get it to actually play and the pause button never appears. I have tried all variations of replay speed and replay methods etc and single charts and all charts in chartbook etc etc.

Is there a setting someplace I need to have enabled so this will work? I use the SC data service if that makes a difference.

Is there a error log file I can send that might show what is happening? I do not get any errors on the screen once I hit play.

I had a similar issue. In my case I had the after hours displayed on my chart. I needed to scroll left to have only the normal trading hour day I wanted to start replaying from on the screen. Once I did that it replayed from that point on, it even replayed the after hours.

No I did. What Krazyhorse posted about having and blank space like weekend data is correct. No need to respond just close the ticket I have it working.
