Ignored signals, new bar at session start

When I check new bar at session start I'm getting a "spreadsheet order signal has been ignored because auto trading has been disabled" message even though the trade is not in an excluded time period in cell J28. When I uncheck "new bar at session start" the same trade fires off per usual in market replay.

I have run the formula through a hundred replays and it's fine, as soon as I switch to start new bar at session start it doesn't work(using range bars on ES). If it isn't the formula is there anything else it could be? Thanks.
