Hello, In the next couple of months we are going to be needing to introduce a new billing method for Sierra Chart. Overall prices are going to remain the same. As we continue to offer more services which include data feeds and also things like SMS messaging and other little features like this, it has become necessary rather than offering packages, you will instead enable the features you want from a list of features. Your account will contain a credit balance that you can top up at any time. And we are also going to be adding many new payment methods as well. At the beginning of the month or when you enable a feature, there will be a deduction for the features you are paying for from this credit balance. This is the general idea. Actual implementation may slightly vary as we work through this. For those who have already pre-paid for certain packages, there is no need to be concerned about anything, you will still receive all of your services at the already agreed upon price. Another nice feature with what we are planning is that if you ever want to disable all of your services, and take some time off, you can do this and the remaining credit balance will remain on your account.
