Alert Condition Formula Question

I’m having problems with my alert filters used to color my bars and backgrounds.

1) The filters seem to work on some time frames, but then not on others (i.e. ok with 60m chart, but not ok on the 2m chart)

2) The filters will also seem to work with some markets, but then not with others. (i.e. ok with the NQ, but not ok on the 6E)

Here is the code I’m using to create the filter.

AND(ID8.SG1>ID8.SG4,ID8.SG3>ID8.SG4,ID9.SG1>ID9.SG2)

Where:
ID8.SG1 = MACD
ID8.SG4 = zero line
ID8.SG3 = MACD Diff

ID9.SG1 = RSI
ID9.SG2 = line at 70

So, here’s what I’m looking for:

MACD > 0, MACD Diff > 0 and RSI > 70

Please advise on what might be happening…thanks!
