Continuous futures contract data slow to download

I have settings as follows:
Days to download=1095
continuous futures contract-date rule rollover, back adjusted
Intraday data storage time unit=1 minute
no change to port settings.

For some reason, it is going back to 1967 for beginning of download. Sending log.

What setting are you referring to?:
Days to download=1095

Where exactly is this setting? And give us the exact name.

What is the symbol of the chart? And is this an Intraday chart or Historical chart?

The starting download date of 1967 for an individual contract is normal. That is not the issue.

There is some connectivity problem between Sierra Chart and the historical data server. Since we are not seeing a problem ourselves, we think it is due to a firewall on your side. Refer to help topic 1.2:

To try again select Edit >> Download Data-Historical Chart.
