Intraday data not streaming

Hello,

I am currently in the trial mode and trying to setup the charts to "test drive" them intraday during the coming week. Lots of awesome features, particularly the Number bars.

Anyway, I'm having problems getting real time data feed to work. The futures markets are now open, so the data should be streaming, yet it's not. It will download the latest (to the minute) "historical" data on the intraday, but it would not stream from then on. Disconnect/reconnect will download the newest data, but again it will not stream. I went through all the help topics I could find on this.
I tried using the SC Data feed, as well as the settings for my TD Ameritrade/TOS account. Same results for both. Welp!!

Arrgh, bah-humbug! Thanks very much for pointing me in the right direction. Seems like I overlooked it.
SO TD won't work for this then....OK. I also have an IB account, where I execute most of my trades, actually. However, I do not subscribe to their market data service (since I get if from TD anyway).

So, essentially, to get live futures data into SC, I either have to subscribe to the IB market data service, or purchase the data plan from you. Reading through the instructions, it appears that the IB feed can be a headache to set up and use, which makes your package more attractive. However, I would still like to get streaming data for regular U.S. equities.
For that, do I need to step up to the $35/mo plan from you for this? And if so, it would not include market depth for the equities, correct? If there's no available market depth for equities, then I can just get the streaming data in ToS, I suppose.
Would the $15.75 futures only package suffice then?

Sorry for the loaded questions, I'm just trying to figure out what it is I need to setup to get this awesome thing up and running. Thanks again!

Yes this is correct.

Yes you will need this for US equities data if you do want to use this data feed for that, and you will be able to get the futures data as well for only 3.25USD additional per month.

And if so, it would not include market depth for the equities, correct?
Yes this is correct.

Really appreciate the followup at this late hour!! As much as I like the SC package, I'm most interested in the order flow tools, which require market depth. So if I won't get it with the $35/mo data feed, then I'm not sure it's worth the premium over the 15.75/mo futures only package [Full CME group w/ Market Depth], if I'm interpreting this correctly. Does this reasoning make sense, or am I missing something?

If I wanted to perform historical analysis with market depth, I should be able to obtain that through the TD data feed, right? It worked so far, at least.

What specific studies are you wanting to use? Most likely they are not going to need market depth data.

The 15.75 CME Group exchange fee does require a real-time data connection for 35 USD per month. Or 25 USD per month for 10 real-time symbols.

If referring to non-futures above, in addition to "regular" technical analysis (which I can do in ToS), I'm interested in historical order flow data to identify potential support/resistance zones based on POCs. In some cases, I'm also interested in the volume by price level distributions for a certain period range if "quiet" accumulation is suspected. But again, this does not require a realtime feed.

Thanks for the explanation. So, $40.75/mo should get me going then?

We do not think you require the market depth data. The only study that requires that is Market Depth Historical Graph.
