DoM histograms

I am wondering if it is possible to get a histogram bar for recent traded bid/ask volume on the DoM, as well as a range profile of recent traded volume? I use a range bar footprint but I only want to see the current build out of volume on my trigger chart itself, but DoM would also work. Image of what I am looking for is attached.

Thank you in advance for any help.

What you said here is clear:
I am wondering if it is possible to get a histogram bar for recent traded bid/ask volume on the DoM,

But the rest of what you said we do not know what you are referring to. The screenshot is totally blurry and unacceptable.

However, all of this is beside the point. Refer to:

At this point, you are looking at about at least a year out from now. Probably more.

Hello Sierra Chart.

Inside of your program you can create a volume by price study.... this study will draw a volume profile that has a starting point and an ending point... what the user is asking is, how can they create a volume by price study with a start point and end point based upon a range bar, but only seeing the most recent bar printing.... for example if we are in a bar, the profile will be printing... the second that a new bar starts printing, the profile is erased and started over from scratch. But this profile is desired to be printed on a chart that is not based on a range chart.
(e.g. seeing a profile based on a range bar but this is printed on a volume based chart)
Currently there is the footprint study, but the goal here is to only have one profile up and the period in which it is based on is the current range bar the market is in.
It would be very nice to have this working (if already possible somehow that is), whether it was on a chart, or on a DOM, the main point here is the derivation of the start point and end point.
Hope this clears it up a little bit.

Thanks a lot guys,
TJ

The Volume by Price study can be set to be based upon the last bar in the chart but it must be on that particular chart. It cannot be overlaid to another chart.

Actually since a Trade DOM is a chart, it is possible to set the chart bars which are not visible, to any timeframe per bar including range bars through Chart >> Chart Settings.

So you can accomplish this. This can be done by setting the Volume Graph Period Type Input:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/VolumeByPrice.php#Input_VolumeGraphPeriodType

To One Period Based On Bar Count

And set this Input to 1:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/VolumeByPrice.php#Input_NumOfBarsForBasedOnBarCount

This is not currently supported for a Trade DOM but will be in the next release.
