Logged back in after 1 1/2 week hiatus. Everything was working previously. Any data related to DOM & Bid/Ask for futures contracts are frozen or won't display. Updated to latest version SC & restarted without luck. Various attempts to troubleshoot with cont failure. Logs don't show anything unusual (to me, at least). |

In regards to not receiving market depth for CFE Futures, we have contacted Barchart about this. We do see this problem. But you should be receiving the best bid and ask data. CME: Just checked & yes, I have market depth. Bid & ask are fine. CFE: Understood re: market depth. Still not getting live bid & ask. It repaints them upon a manual delete & download, but live data isn't appearing. They freeze at the point last updated. Time and sales won't update at all. Last trade price is still good. |

It is not possible for the last trade price to update but not the time and sales data.
Given SC's track record of being correct, I'd be inclined to question my own experience had I not been witnessing it the entire day. Yes, the chart was updating in real time. It was the strangest thing. I checked with different studies -bid & ask ***, spreadsheet, etc. All had frozen bid & ask price data regardless of what I did. Everything seems to back up and running as of 15:31. Thank you. |
