You did not answer my earlier. I am trying to get alert to my phone. The alert manager suggested I should contact you. You have control. What needs top be done for me to gets alerts to my phone?

We did answer the question. What is the email address the alert is going to?

Just tell us what is after the @.

And this is something that we do not have control over once the message has been sent. In most cases we cannot solve this.

That email needs to be linked to your Sierra Chart account and verified. This can be done here:

The email that I want to verify to receive ALERTS is not the current email that is associated with Sierra Charts. The email that I want to receive alerts through is a gmail.com that's on my cell phone. How do I accomplish this? Do I replace the current e-mail address with the gmail or can it be added?
