I recently fired up SC again for the sole purposes of running market profile on forex data.

I'm on package five and the data feed I selected is SC Forex (FXCM) [data]

I don't need trading data (at least for now) I just need live and historical data for the profile charts.

What am I missing?

My Credit Card Company thinks my purchase might be "unauthorized" and therefore, I suspect, prevented it from going through. This has NEVER happened to me before! Perhaps an Icelandic Bank has something to do with it? What do you suggest I do? Don't you have an American bank with whom to do business?

Yes it does appear that the transaction did not go through. How many months do you want to pay for Sierra Chart usage time? And we will send you a PayPal payment request.

We will have a solution for payment processing directly with the US towards the end of the year. Currently it is not legally possible because we are not incorporated in the US. Even if we did use a payment processor in the US, they would clear it through a foreign country anyway since we are not in the US .
