Download Failed message on daily charts

Hi, I am currently conducting a trial of Sierra Chart. On Friday I successfully set up a chart book with both intraday (e.g. 60 min) and historic (1 day) charts.

However today (Sunday) when I try and upload new futures symbols (e.g. ZWK17) I am getting "Download Failed" on the daily chart, even though the intraday charts work fine. The daily historic chart remains blank. When I go back to symbols that I previously was able to get a chart for (e.g. ESM17), I also get the message "Download Failed" but the previously downloaded chart remains in the window.

I have tried the option "Delete all data and download" and this does not fix the problem. I attach the log file immediately after I attempted to download the ZWK17 continuous charts.

This appears resolved this (Monday) morning. Is this a problem with downloading data on a Sunday or weekend?

What we think is the case is that you exceeded the Trial account Historical Daily data download limit for the day.
