Possible to freeze usage time while not using Sierrachart

Hi SC support,

Due to other unforeseen commitments I will not be using Sierrachart for a while. Is it possible to freeze my credit and start again at a later date?

This would only be the case if you are paying for shorter periods of usage time. In this case you can just disable automatic renewal.
