I am having an issue with some contracts using the SC Data - All Services data feed. The open, high, low and close prices are all the same for some contracts when I open them. I've attached a screenshot to show what I mean. This is happening on some futures contracts, but not all: BHH17.

It has happened on US Treasuries, but somehow it isn't happening any more. Right now, just the contract above.

Any thoughts?

This just means you are looking at a very inactively traded market.

For heating oil on the NYMEX, use the symbol that begins with HO. It is in File >> Find Symbol >> Futures-Energies.

Thanks for the quick response. That is what I suspected, but this happened a few weeks ago on a US Treasuries chart that I know had a lot of volume. Unfortunately, I couldn't recreate that issue. I'll put in another request if I see it again.

This would only be for days in the chart, which were inactive because for those days that that particular contract month was not the active contract.
