If I subscribe to Sierra charts package 5 and the Sierra Chart Real-Time and Historical Exchange Data Feed, would I be able to trade both stocks and futures at TD Ameritrade?

You would be able to trade stocks only from Sierra Chart. Not futures when using TD Ameritrade. You would be able to receive the real-time futures data at the reduced CME exchange fee when using the Sierra Chart Real-time and Historical Exchange Data Feed, since you have a TD Ameritrade account.
