Can I connect to a trade account that is not listed with an IP address?

Hello! I have a trade account with Traders Way and they are not listed in the trade services but they said I should be able to connect to Sierra charts using the IP address to their live server. Is that possible? I have searched extensively and have not found a way to do it. Thanks! Charles |
