Hi,

today (2/27/2017) I having an issue with $IUX intraday chart. I use Sierra Chart data feed and I paid for Russel indices however when I check my chart settings there is "date range in file: ... to 2017-02-24" so I can only see last data from Friday last week. How can I change it to last trading day (today)?

We apologize for this. This is now resolved. You should now see the real-time data and historical data.

Hi,

thank you for your response. It happens again, no realtime streaming $IUX, it only updates when I delete and download new data. What is going on with Russel indices?
