ALERT SOUND PROBLEM

I went to global settings and then general settings - alert tab

for alert 1. i chose a wav file.

but sierra plays a diff alert - not the one i selected


how to fix it

In the Global Settings >> General Settings window, do you hear the correct sound when you press the Test Sound button?

yes i do

but the actual sound coming is prev sound
prior to change

You need to set the correct Alert Number for that study alert. Refer to:
