Cannot use VbP in 2nd instance of S.C.

I've opened 2nd instance of S.C. and then opened some charts from 1st instance. I was surprised with being unable to use VbP study, log says: Volume By Price: Your current service package does not support this function. Select 'Help >> Account Control Panel' to change your package. | 2017-02-21 14:26:27 * though I am successfully using VbP in 1st instance of S.C. Is it a normal thing to happen? |

I restarted 2nd instance, and now VbP (and also other package 3 features such as available connections through Trade/Data Service Settings) works fine. Sorry for disturbance. However, at first it occured strange to me.
