I just had problem going LIVE with IB (Multiple Accounts). From what I read , others had the same problems, these couple of days.

SC Support stated going to manually enter account #'s at Global Settings >>Data/Trade Service Settings.

By the Box "Instance" it currently says Client ID: Access All Orders.
Should I be able to put my Account Numbers Manually, it doesn't allow me to.

IB Shows Gold Positon "0" (Upper Left).
SC TOP shows Gold Position "1"
Chart Trader Live (-$20) and Position & Bracket Orders Disappeared.

In the newer Sierra Chart versions there is no need to set account numbers any longer.

The Trade Stats for Charts tab may not always show the correct position. Refer to the documentation here to clear the Trade Activity for a symbol to reset the position back to zero for that tab:

For the correct position always rely upon what you see on the Positions tab of the Trade Orders and Positions window. This will be accurate.

I have version 1009, and TAL shows All Accounts or Unset (No Account Numbers).

Yesterday SC traded from the Wrong Account in IB. I have 2.

Where do I go on SC to Choose which account to use?

You should see your account numbers listed.

The Trade Activity Log will only list the particular accounts that are found in the Trade Account field of the trade activity entries that it has.
