SC failing to connect CQG datafeed

Hello,
noticed my different versions of SC (1518 and 1510) are failing to connect to CQG datafeed (tested on two different accounts) while other platforms (Multicharts and Ninjatrader are connecting as usual.
I will send the message log.

If you are able to connect to the same CQG server from other programs, then this would indicate a firewall on your system is blocking Sierra Chart. In this particular case, refer to help topic 1.3:
