Gain data not updating in real time for Gold and Euro futures

Hello, I am trading with Stage 5 trading, using Gain data. I would like to trade using Sierra Chart DOM and chart trading. I am able to trade crude oil futures and Eminis. However, when I chart gold (GGCJ7) and Euro (6EH7), they are no updating in real time on my SC platform. As a comparison, I have charted them on the Stage5trading platform, and the symbols update fine. I'm not sure why I'm able to update and trade certain symbols but not others. Thanks for any help. |
