i know this is probably a far fetch here but is there anyway to update the charts scrolling ability , more and more users are using smaller charts like bookmap style charts and i trade off a 10 sec chart , and when u bunch chart up to look to left of the chart the scroll lags in a major way and you have to wait for it to finish moving before you can even touch chart again . thank u

Sounds like this is a performance issue.

Refer to help topic 30:

A performance issue is something that you can solve on your side.

i tried on and off and no diff , we asked other people to do it today and all same results when bunching up small time frame chart , big lagging movement , and cpu goes from 4 to 10 % then back - you had this issue on the profile charts but resolved it some , so im guessing this is just the way it is ?

We do not think most users would notice this. We have not noticed any lagging issues when scrolling when using the Market Depth Historical Graph study. Scrolling is instantaneous.

And in any case, a lag is going to be in most cases under a second. Usually within the milliseconds range.

, we asked other people to do it today and all same results when bunching up small time frame chart , big lagging movement
We are not going to be convinced by this unless we hear this from other users.
