connection issues

ive been trying a new brokerage (zenfire). the demo data license expired and the firm gave me a new uid and pwd which i changed in the data trade services under file menu. now cant seem to connect. the message log seems to indicate a problem with the 'target sever' giving this message in the log; Error connecting socket: Windows error code 10061: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. \| 2013-08-12 10:18:04 this would indicate to me the problem is on their end. please confirm or if there is anything else i should do to reconnect successfully.

Rithmic is associated with Zen-Fire because Zen-Fire uses the Rithmic software. The problem is you are using a Zen-Fire demo account and it is being blocked because you already had another demo on the same computer. i spoke with mirius futures (they don't support sierra charts) but they have confirmed (to their satisfaction) that the account is not blocked. they logged in using both a rithmic and a ninja platform. any other suggestions?
