Unable to connect via CTS/FIX/TsT/SIM server. I am using current current version 1007. SC or CTS issue?

I get the exact same error with 1007.

I am trying to connect with my TopstepTrader Combine credentials.

Going back to previous release for the time being.

Todd,
Can you let me know if going back to the previous version fixes the issue? Thanks.

Yes it (997) works fine. That's what I'd been using up until I tried updating today.

Okay I went back to 997, and can connect again, BUT.....

Now I can't open chartbooks. I get the "Unable to read newer Chartbook File Format".
So I try to open my backup chartbook, and I get the same error?! So I can't use 997 anymore.

I also tried 1008. Like 1007, I can open chartbooks, but can't connect.

Please advise.

We are noticing this as well. The problem is the CTS server: fix-chart-sim.t4login.com is not accepting the connection for some reason. We will let them know.

Do you have a download link for pre-release 1005? I believe, that was the version I was using that worked.

Just to be clear, I am now unable to use any version of SC.

-1007/1008: connection issue.
-997: can not read my "newer" chartbook OR backup chartbook.

Thank you.

1005 also uses CTS FIX. So it will not help to go back to that version. Also with the latest release, we have resolved some issues with CTS FIX so you do want to be on the latest release if you are using FIX.

Have you tried all of your backup Chartbooks on 997. One of them definitely should be working.

1005 worked fine for me. I used it for about a week. I had no problems until I upgraded to current 1007, and I haven't been able to connect since. The only backup chartbook that works is over a week old. I have hours of work since then into my chartbook.

Use this link for version 1005:

We do not believe this will help.

Looks like CTS may have resolved the server connection issue. We are now able to connect right away to both the main FIX server and the chart data FIX server.

I am still unable to connect with 1007. I get the same error message.

You were correct. 1005 doesn't work. It did work all last week. I guess CTS made a change over the weekend that coincided with the 1007 release. Hopefully CTS will issue a quick fix.

It seems CTS FIX ( Pre-released 1008 ) does not have ICE and NYBOT symbol after resetting Global Setting>Symbol Setting.

We have updated the CTS FIX symbol lists in Sierra Chart. We have added missing NYMEX markets and all of the ICE markets.
