From my understanding the mini Euro now has half tick increment however within sierra charts it is missing is there a fix for this?

The .00005 is just for spreads for that symbol. But the symbol you are using is not a spread symbol.

Otherwise, in that case you should see the Tick Size get set correctly automatically.

Thank you for the prompt response do you happen to know where to locate the symbol from "Find Symbol" for the spread? I found the micro euro/usd but it still displays the same but i do not think that is what the customer is trying view.

Subject - 66 and e7 Euro/USD CQG price discrepancies

Here is the exact inquiry from customer.

The problem is that CQG / Sierra is showing the price (Charts and DOM) at the Tick eg 1.0801. But the real price (TDAM) can be anywhere from 1.08010 to 1.08019 within that $6.25 Tick.
This makes entering a trade more difficult.
There should not be any truncation of the last digit. The price should show the last digit without moving the DOM or the chart. Meaning that a DOM at ($6.25 - 1 Tick) could be stable but the last digit could be changing.

In the case of CQG spreads, refer to the documentation here for the symbol format:
CQG Trading Platform Service: CQG Symbol Format

The first thing we want them to do is to set Chart >> Chart Settings >> Price Display Format:
Chart Settings: Price Display Format (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol Settings menu)

to .00001

See if they then see the additional precision they are looking for.
