Hello,
I had been using SC version 1478, but I did update yesterday. Now when I wanna put order, I'll get this message:
CQG order update (Rejected). Text: Insufficient margin
Available margin: USD909
Used margin: USD0
Total portfolio margin including this order: USD1000
This order increases margin by USD1000. List ID: 181459. Internal Order ID: 291003. Service Order ID: 1028467607. Symbol: F.US.ENQH17 | 2017-02-01 09:02:27 *

but necessary margin for E-mini Nasdaq is only 500$.. so when I installed back old version everything is working fine.
After I was testing older versions, I find out the problem is from ver. 1483 and higher..

any suggestions?

Thanks for your time.
Tomas

This makes no sense whatsoever to us why this would be version specific. There must be some other difference you are overlooking when you went back to the prior version. That message originates from the CQG system.

You will need to contact your broker about this.

Actually we think the problem relates to server side bracket orders with CQG. Those are now supported.

Disable this option:
Global Trade Settings Windows: Use Server Side OCO Orders (if supported) (Global Settings >> General Trade Settings >> General)
