Disconnects with CQG data feed with AMP Futures

Hello I am currently experiencing disconnects and interrupts with my data feed CQG with AMP Futures. I am trying to verify where the disconnect is occurring if its with my ISP or with CQG servers via AMP is there a way within Sierra I can check this? LOGS? for example here is a screenshot of a message when the data came back online after the disconnect.

We think this is a CQG problem because we have been hearing about this a lot lately with CQG.

We need to get the users Message Log. Here are instructions:
