ok , i have tried new instance but it creates my org instance to just keep reconnecting so i gave up on it

What you are describing in the last post does not make sense why there would be any problem with that. We have no other reports of this.

ok im just telling you what happens when i open a new instance , im not trying to waste your or my time . i just wont use it then
