Hi,

I believe I will be charged for CME as well as "total package" exchange fees for the month of January. I am getting double charged by my own mistake. I do not want to do it again. I trade ES, and CL. So I only need CME and NYMEX data. How do I change things around without being double charged?

Yes but I want to switch to only CME and NYMEX next month to save $5, and I dont want to be charged for this month. Should I just wait until Feb 1?

Deactivate the CME Group exchange on your account at this time. It will be active until the end of the month.

On February 1 in US Central time, activate the exchanges that you require.

It is too late to make any changes for this month. We cannot change that.
