This should not normally occur. It means a study array is being accessed but it contains no data.

For us to resolve this, we need to get the Chartbook that is causing this. Here are instructions to attach it:

We have determined the reason for the problem and it will be resolved in the next release.

It is because you are using the Point and Figure XO Graph Draw Type but the Bar Period Type is not set to Point and Figure Bars.
