Problem with FXCM Fix connection

I'm just getting the yellow box saying "Connecting..." then it switches to "Waiting to reconnect..." but is not actually connecting and showing a green box. It was doing this on v1493 and I've just downloaded latest version and doing the same thing. Is this something you're aware of?
