Hello,

I have contacted with my Broker AMP Futures and they viewed my charts with price descrepancies, but could not find the solution, if I can have Sierracharts contact me on this matter so that we can resolve the issue.

Thank you

We need a better description about the issue you are seeing. If you want to post an image of the chart, here are instructions:

If you are referring to chart bars based on Number of Trades, then refer to:

I do day trading using tick charts, I use 5;8;16;and 24 ticks. As you can see on the pictures I am sending, the charts that I am using have price discrepancies. My question is why is it that the prices are different on each chart if it is the same chart, just different number of ticks. The pictures I am sending are of EU, CL, and GC. These are only three examples, when I try to invest in all other markets I have the same price discrepancy issue. These three pictures are examples of the exact problem I am talking about. Please respond as soon as possible. Thank You have wonderful day.

When posting an image of a chart, only use this method and we only need to see one or two charts. Not all of this.

The problem is the result of the Heikin-Ashi study you are using. We have updated the documentation for it here to explain this:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/TechnicalStudiesReference.html#s138

Remove that study from the charts.
