Hi there,

I am subscribed to your real-time futures data and today the order book is completely blank. The last price seems to be moving around but their is no bids and offers shown - please fix.

The EUREX exchange fee that you have activated does not include market depth data.

We are also aware of a problem with the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed this morning with the EUREX market depth and we are looking into that.

My subscription should show inside bid / ask.

Make sure you add the bid and ask size columns:

Hi support,

My bid and ask size columns are and were present on my screenshot. I've been using it like this with the same DOM configuration since coming to SC some months back and have always had inside bid ask data until today.

The issue affects me because initially at the start of the day, I was unsure if the feed was working or was accurate.

Are you saying that my account should not even be receiving inside bid/ask data? Every data feed I have ever used always provides a minimum top of the book level 1 data.

Your account will definitely get the best bid and ask prices.

Select Chart >> Open Market Depth Window. Do you see the best bid and ask prices there?

Not sure it is going to help, but reconnect to the data feed with File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect to Data Feed.
