Volume Bar Charts Delay

Hi, I am currently using a 233 volume bar chart for trading using the Transact Data Feed to trade. I also have a fellow trader who uses the same chart setup and data feed. The problem I have is that my chart is constantly delayed by 20 contracts ie. when we use the countdown time for a bar close when I have 150 contracts remaining before bar close my friend has 130 remaining, when I have 100 remaining he has 80 and when I have 20 remaining he already has that candle fully printed and a new candle has opened. So in effect the open and close of every one of my candles is off by 20 contracts because I am someone how delayed by exactly 20 contracts. We spent over an hour comparing every setting in global settings, data trade settings etc and we have the same settings. Note that the number difference is always 20 when we compare live it never fluctuates ie 10, 25,30 etc I was always just 20 contracts behind. Is there any explanation/solution for this? Thanks

Make sure the Chart >> Chart Settings are matching. Also, a difference of 20 is rather minor considering all of the complexity involved in Volume charts and the underlying data feed.
