I cant seem to connect to rithmic please help! every time I try, the box in the top left turns yellow, like its busy then keeps flashing connected...disconnected...waitng to reconnect over and over

I have seen that message log before but I am not getting one at this point. I can view charts if I go to other dts settings but I really need to get rithmic functioning

is it possible that it is because I don't have trading software that works with it, or will sierrachart work independently and it is just not responding on my computer?
