Hi, I have 2 instances of SC running the one is working properly the other I'm having a problem with. When I right click on any of the charts in any chartbooks and choose chart settings the settings window first appears blank then won't appear at all. Also studies window is not visible when I right click. When I shut down and restart SC everything is fine for a little while then the problem occurs again. Thanks

This is due to an operating system problem.

We recommend restarting your computer and reducing the number of programs running.

How many charts do you have open?

Hi, CPU is at 19% and memory is at 38%. I have over 100 charts across 6 monitors. Never had a problem before and the other instance of SC is not affected. Can I send the log maybe you will see something? Thanks

The problem is most likely due to the large number of charts. Would be a good idea to use an additional instance of Sierra Chart and reduce the number of charts within an instance.

Here is the documentation:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/DTCServer.php#UsingDTCServerForDataAndTradingInAnotherSCInstance

It is not going to help the send the Message Log. There is nothing useful there for this.

This is an operating system level problem which Sierra Chart has no control over in this case.
