I just switched from AMP/TTnet to AMP/CQG. Is there any way I can change market depth in the trading dom so that it only displays top of the book data? With AMP/TTnet the requested market depth could be adjusted.

I changed also by TTnet to CQG and now I market depth of 15. How do I hide the last 5 to to I get market depth of 10?
