How do I chart Toronto Exchange symbols?

Hi, I tried opening an intraday chart for the TSX listed tickers HVI and HVU but got only a black screen. I have the TSX data and can chart those symbols on the IB TWS. What do I need to do to chart them with Sierra? Thanks, Steven |

You need to use a much more complete symbol specification which includes the security type and the exchange at a minimum.
