Is it possible to create attached/child limit and stop orders after you are already into a position? Using the trade window I've not had any problems creating attached/child orders when you are starting a new position, but I've run into problems in the past where because my orders were not GTC the orders get cancelled when the market closes and then I'm still into a position, but I have to manually do my stop and limit orders and then when one exercises the other one doesn't automatically cancel. This is something that seems to happen frequently. There may be a way to attach a stop and limit order to an already existing position but I can't seem to figure it out. If this is possible that would be awesome! Thanks |
