Hi,

I have a live account at AMP. They offer trading of OSE JGB Futures with CQG.
But all I could find in SC's symbol list was the OSE Mini Nikkei (symbol F.US.MJNK?##).
So I guess the symbol for JGB Futures would be F.US.JGB?## (according to CQG's website).
But I couldn't find it in the symbol list - even after downloading the latest SC version and performing a full reset of the symbols.

Thanks

Thanks.

Can you also please add the SGX Mini 10-Year JGB Futures? Couldn't find it neither in the symbol list.
The CQG symbol is F.US.ZT?##

Could you give us a link on the exchange website for contract specifications for both of these. That would help.

Osaka Exchange (OSE) 10-Year JGB Futures:
http://www.jpx.co.jp/english/derivatives/products/jgb/jgb-futures/01.html

In short:
Tick size: 0.01
Contract months: H,M,U,Z
Multiplier: 1.000.000 JPY

Same for SGX Mini 10-Year JGB (couldn't find exchange website contract specifications)
except for multiplier: 100.000 JPY

The symbols for those contracts in SC Historical Data feed are:

OSE 10-Year JGB: symbol TJ?##
SGX Mini JGB: symbol JX?##

There you can see the contract specifications in the symbol settings.

These symbols have now been added. Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/GlobalSymbolSettings.php#UpdateSettingsSteps

However, at the moment historical data comes from the CQG system. So your CQG account will need to be authorized for historical data.

Thanks,

one question: Is it normal that it says "download failed" when I open an intraday chart of the JGB Futures, but when I open MJNK (Mini Nikkei) the chart loads fine (though it doesn't update, as I didn't yet subscribe to realtime data for Osaka exchange)?

Yes that is normal because your CQG account will have to be authorized for historical data in order to get the historical Intraday data for these symbols.
