SMS Alert not working

I set up an SMS alert to trigger when a line is crossed. The alert works for sound and email but I didn't receive a SMS. I tried every possible mobile number format and see that the SMS are charged but not delivered to my mobile.

Could you please let me know how to setup the number? I'm in Germany so typically the number should look like +49XXXYYYYYY, where XXX is the provider code (in my case 151) and YYYYYY is the number.

Thanks in advance

We see that you are entering "490151..." for the phone number, try removing the 0 between the country code and provider code "49151....". Let us know if this works.

I tried every possible valid number format but none of it works.

+49151XXXX
0049151XXXX
49151XXXXX
0151XXXXXX
490151XXXXX

Any idea?

This is what we got from our SMS provider:

Hi,

I checked the details of that SMS message, and according to our details it should have been delivered.
So the route is sending out false DLR’s, which is always bad.

I have rerouted to T-mobile DE, can you please check if it is working now?

Best regards,

I'm not receiving SMS either. All settings are correct, I had received SMS in the past. The alert says SMS has been sent.
