1498 becomes unresponsive over time

Hello SC team, I updated one of my instances to 1498 this am. This instance becomes unresponsive even in a safe mode after certain period of time. As well, looks like some quotes are slightly delayed in that copy and there are no quotes for symbols after rollover. I use DTC-sub instance as a Trading service (LAN) for this copy of SC. Ver. 1495-97 are all ok. I can attach Windows crash report or/and chartbooks. Please let me know what you want me to do. Thanks.

I ran it in a safe mode to no avail. And there are no custom studies in the attached chartbook.

I downloaded it again. It has been running for 5 min now and the time lag between source and destination increasing. It's off by 2 min now. I mean time in the chart header.

Update. Unresposive again.

Well, fresh instalaltion on another PC with the same chartbook resulted in an uneven time lag, but still running. Painted new 30 min bar with 10 sec delay comparing to other copy. Sometimes goes off by 20-50 sec and then returns to normal. Have never seen anything like this before. Fianlly got 1+ min delay when opened new chartbook and added the same symbols (CL, ES) to it. Please see screenshot. Time in header vs real-time (the contract is quite active now).

All that we know about the problem now is that we cannot reproduce it and we do not know what is causing it.

However, we have seen some stability issues ourselves in recent versions of Sierra Chart which we think is related.

We are devoting full-time to this.

For now avoid the latest prerelease of Sierra Chart. We do not know how long this is going to take us.

We want you to install another copy of Sierra Chart. Are you able to reproduce the problem over the weekend? How long does it take? Could we look at the problem using remote assistance?

We want to get an understanding of this problem as quickly as possible.

Yes, I will install another copy now and let it run. Once (and if) problem occurs I let you know. Last copy I installed yesterday had worked about 1 hour before hanging (but there were quotes yesterday and over the weekend market will be closed, so not sure about results this time but I let it run in anyway). What shall I download for a remote assistance?

I can't reproduce the problem by replaying. It has been running for 2+ hours now without any problem. What I have done so far: Replaying in different modes with different speeds and performing replay for all charts in a chartbook with or without historical market depth on 2 different machines (fresh copies of 1498 on each machine). Sometimes replay sticks at session ends but it is probably unrelated. I will leave it running on lower speed for another 4-5 hours while I'll be out for an errand.

Yes, I have realized it later, just had to check that checkbox or jump 49 hours forward from Friday close. Concerning the problem, after more than 12 hours of replaying, there were no issues. Tell me what you want me to do next please.
