I followed the setup instructions you provided and I cannot connect to FXCM. Contacted FXCM and was told everything looks good from their side.

At the moment, we only support standard FXCM accounts. Not Dealing Desk accounts. We hope the dealing desk accounts will be ready in a week or so.
