ACSIL User Drawn Drawings not copying to other Charts

I am using ACSIL to generate User drawn Drawings (AddAsUserDrawnDrawing set to 1), and have AllowSaveToChartbook set to 1 so these drawings are saved with the Chartbook.

When I go to another chart and setup copying from the 'source' chart where the drawings are drawn, they are NOT copied across?
If as a user I manually draw an identical drawing, it is copied over.
I can only assume the drawings are not being copied due to being generated by ACSIL (despite both AddAsUserDrawnDrawing and AllowSaveToChartbook being set to 1).

It is critical to me that these drawings be able to be copied to other charts.
Please can this be enabled.

Many thanks.

For clarity when I refer to copying I mean in the Sierra front-end (I.E. from the Chart Settings - Advanced Settings 2 tab - Copy Chart Drawings From Chart #'s: field.)

Thanks.

We can put this on our list, but it is going to have a cost and we will not have a chance to get to it for about a year.

Although thinking about this, when adding a user drawn Chart Drawing from ACSIL, it can be added to any chart in the Chartbook. Not only the chart containing the study that is adding it.

ok, thanks for getting back to me.

I'd assumed once an ACSIL user drawn drawing had both AddAsUserDrawnDrawing and AllowSaveToChartbook set to 1, it was effectively a 'User Drawn' drawing and would as such display the same behaviour and be treated the same by Sierra.

I hadn't appreciated this is not the case.

I will try to move forward on the basis of your last suggestion regarding using ACSIL to draw to the other chart, rather than copying.

Many thanks.

Yes. You will want to set s_UseTool::ChartNumber to the chart where you want the drawing displayed.
