MIT Orders not connecting to server

Hi. This morning I have had some orders that I have modified that are not communicating with the server. From what I can tell it's only the MIT orders. I've attached a screenshot of the log. The issues are the lines that say 'order error, timed-out waiting for response from service/exchange server'. These were all MIT orders. I have not had any problems with these orders in the past.

Is this a Sierra Chart issue or is it with Gain? I've already contacted Gain on this and they are looking into it. Please advise.

Also everything appears to be working fine on their DT Pro software if that helps you. We did a test to check. Thanks.

Another user reported this. This is going to be a problem with the Gain Capital FIX server.

When we get additional information from the other user we are going to let Gain Capital know about this.

Ok. So is this an issue with the Sierra Chart software or is it something on Gain's end?

Has this issue been resolved? Gain is telling me that they have not heard from you. Why do you need the other user to get back to you if this has been an issue?

The other user provided us a detailed FIX log which was necessary to give Gain Capital evidence of the problem. We are contacting them again now.

Yes we will.

We just heard from Gain Capital and they are looking into it. We tend to think it will not be until the evening when the problem is resolved.
