Cannot Access SC Historical Data

Hello,

I have SC Package 3 through AMP with CQG data. Everything has worked great for many months, using futures data from CQG, but recently I wanted to download data for some NYSE stocks. I see that 180 days of intraday stock data is included with the SC Historical Data service that comes with Service Package 3. My issue is that I cannot access data for symbols included in the Historical Data Service, nor the Historical Forex/CFD Data Service.

In the Data/Trade Service Settings within SC, the pulldown options for SC Data All Services and Forex/CFD Data read ‘Not Enabled on Package.’

In my User Control Panel my Account Details show that I have Service Package 3. My Usage Time Ending Date is 12/31/16. My Services Balance read 0.00.
When I then go into Activate and Pay for Seirra Chart Services there is no option to activate anything other than additional systems.

Please advise.
