Hi, There was frozen feed this morning in HKFE feed from 9:38:45 to 9:40:12 (HK time GMT+8) for HSI futures (I did not check other product). I tried to download historical data, but there is no data for those period. IB data was transmitting quotes normally during those period. 1. Please help to investigate the cause of the frozen feed. 2. Please fill in the missing historical tick data for that period. Many Thanks. |
